Shipping

Orders are shipped through Bosta and are typically delivered within 2–5 business days depending on the delivery location and courier availability.

المنتجات والتوافر

الطلبات

الأسعار

الخصومات وأكواد العروض

تخضع أكواد الخصم والعروض الترويجية للشروط وفترة الصلاحية الموضحة لكل عرض.

يتيح كود WELCOME10 للعملاء المسجلين المؤهلين الحصول على خصم 10% على أول طلب. ويقتصر العرض على استخدام مؤهل واحد لكل عميل ولا يمكن دمجه مع عروض أخرى إلا إذا تم توضيح غير ذلك.

الدفع

يتم عرض طرق الدفع المتاحة أثناء إتمام الطلب. ويتحمل العميل مسؤولية إدخال بيانات الدفع والشحن والتواصل بشكل صحيح عند تنفيذ الطلب.

الشحن

يتم شحن الطلبات من خلال شركة Bosta وتصل عادة خلال 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل حسب مكان التوصيل وتوافر خدمة شركة الشحن.

مواعيد التوصيل تقديرية وقد تتأثر بظروف خارجة عن سيطرتنا المباشرة.

الاسترجاع

يمكن طلب استرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الاستلام بشرط عدم استخدام المنتج وأن يكون بنفس الحالة التي تم استلامه بها.

المنتجات التي تم استخدامها أو تعرضت للتلف بعد الاستلام أو تم إرجاعها بحالة مختلفة قد لا تكون مؤهلة للاسترجاع.

استخدام المنتجات

يجب اتباع تعليمات الاستخدام الموضحة مع كل منتج. وقد تختلف النتائج من شخص لآخر حسب طريقة الاستخدام ونوع الشعر أو البشرة والعوامل الفردية الأخرى.

استخدام الموقع
