All orders are shipped through Bosta.

Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive available tracking and delivery updates through the contact details provided at checkout.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the product has not been used and is returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Returned items should include the original packaging whenever applicable.

Products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or returned in a condition different from the original condition may not be eligible for return.

يمكن استرجاع المنتجات خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الاستلام بشرط عدم استخدام المنتج وأن يكون بنفس الحالة التي تم استلامه بها

يفضل أن تكون المنتجات المرتجعة في عبوتها الأصلية متى كان ذلك متاحا

المنتجات التي تم فتحها أو استخدامها أو تعرضت للتلف بعد الاستلام أو تم إرجاعها بحالة مختلفة عن حالتها الأصلية قد لا تكون مؤهلة للاسترجاع
